Overview

Children and families need support from professionals during transition from Early Intervention to Preschool. A collaborative relationship is essential to ensure a seamless transition. This online module is Part 1 of a two part training series.

  1. Explain the process of transition for children in Early Intervention.
  2. Describe the steps in the transition process.
  3. Identify your role in facilitating, coordinating, and carrying out transition activities.
