Preschool Special Education 101 Series
Full individual initial preschool evaluations must be conducted before special education and related services may begin. There are many components to the preschool evaluation process. Procedures must be in place before, during, and after the evaluation occurs.  This PSE 101 module This self-paced module focuses on evaluation, or determining whether a preschool child has a disability. This module will explain procedural requirements of the evaluation process as they apply to preschool age children.

  • Identify the concerns regarding a preschool child's development
  • Understand how to Initiate the evaluation process
  • Know each part of the evaluation process from planning to sharing evaluation results
