Preschool Special Education 101 Series

Child Find is a critical component of identifying young children who are eligible for special education services. Locating and identifying young children are important first steps toward getting children the help they need to succeed in school. It is important for individuals to understand the responsibilities for school districts to locate and serve children with disabilities residing within the district.
