Overview

During this Naptime webinar, participants will learn about different timers, how they can be used in early care and education setting, and how to implement them. Timers are wonderful tools to help young children become more independent in their activities and routines, as well as aiding them in self-regulation and social emotional skills. Participants will be able to explore a variety of timers and scenarios when they would be most effective in their early care and education setting.

Estimated Time to Complete: 30 minutes

Identify different types of timers, situations in which timers may be beneficial, and how to implement timers using evidence based practices to support effectiveness.
